On September 28, 2017, Mr. Zhang mingshan, deputy director of the legal affairs committee of China TV series production industry association visited TJAC. Mr. Zhai guoliang, director of the office of the commission participated in the talks.
  Mr.Zhang Mingshan introduces China's TV series production industry association and its legal committee, and discusses how to use content production industry of disputes arbitration system. Mr.Zhai guoliang introduced to the guests the development of the association and the advantages of arbitration system in solving disputes in the production of film and television dramas.
