A forum held by TJAC to support Hainan free trade port development

  Chinese President Xi Jinping announced on April 13 at a gathering in Haikou celebrating the 30th anniversary of the founding of Hainan province and the Hainan Special Economic Zone that the Communist Party of China Central Committee has decided to support Hainan in developing the whole island into a pilot free trade zone as well as gradually exploring and steadily promoting the establishment of a free trade port with Chinese characteristics.
  Wang Xuelin, deputy director of Hainan Provincial Legal Affairs Department, visited TJAC on May 7 accompanied by the officers of Tianjin Municipal Government Legal Office and the Committee of Tianjin pilot free trade zone. Zhang Minxuan and Qi Xiangyu represented TJAC attended the meeting. Participants at the meeting discussed the ways for deepening reform and opening-up in pilot free trade zones and consolidating its leading role in arbitration services in pilot free trade zones.
